In addition to our voluntary guarantee, EU consumer law gives you 14 calendar days from receipt to revoke a distance-selling contract for any reason, with the goods returned unopened and in original packaging. Notify us at info@mam-nature.com.
The 14-day statutory revocation right is lost once the system has been unpacked or connected to your plumbing — this is a hygiene exemption permitted by EU law. Your 60-day satisfaction guarantee (above) is unaffected and remains valid after installation.
Metal parts (housings, Water LIME, Dynamizer) carry a 10-year housing warranty on the 316L stainless steel. Filters and non-metal parts have a 2-year guarantee.
Note: Installation must include a pressure reducer set to max 4-5 bar.
